5am- I really hate getting up this early. I only ran 20 minutes today because i was tired and race later so.

3pm- we had a race today but i might as well have stayed home. maybe I was dehydrated. this season I really have not had many good races. I am in amazing physical condition. I am a mental wreck. I dont know why or how and I dont know how to fix it. I dont feel like im in bad mental condition and I have no trouble being a beast. It is like i have been cursed

Hey, hopefully you see this... Stop getting up early to run. You need a break. Maybe mornings off can freshen you up a bit. Sleep in!

Way to get in the morning runs! They will help you a lot in the long run. But I'm with Holt, especially on race days it's okay to not go for a morning run.
