6:15am- 40 minutes easy down past arctic circle.

3pm- 38 minutes with 6x800s. I didnt get much food today like I basicly skipped lunch because I was cleaning yogurt out of my hair and clothes. Anyways I was completely wiped out for the workout and it was just plain bad. I cut the workout short because I just really couldnt run at all and it sucked. I couldnt even keep up with macen. so it was a bad day today.

It was a good race I guess. I felt kind of dead but not as bad as yesterday. Yesterday I was really drained of my running powers. Im not really sure how i feel about that race because i never ran an xc race before so yeah.

3:30pm- 30 minutes easy to my house. It was great. I got one of me amigos to come run and he says he will stay commited so thatas dope.

6:15am- 30 minute run past arctic circle

6pm- Desert Relays

It was beast and dope. Only a mile so yeah. My relay team was good. Really not much to say I just went out and went as hard as I could for my team. Im not really sure of the actual race distance all I know is it was a little more than a mile so I put 1.05 to even out my mileage on my racers from Cedar Allcomers which was 2.95 miles. This way it looks better if you know what I meen.
