615am- went for 30min easy run, went to the dentist instead of school. ball is life

3pm- Coe workout #1 with some 10sec sprints after. My breathing was wack but still a good workout. Brianna found a bird that hit the window of the school. She picked it up and put it next to my head as I was laying on the grass. Then it flew away and crash landed onthe football field. Then it flew straight into the soccer net and face planted in front of the goal. I ran into the soccer game to save his stupid butt. Then I layed him under some trees to rest from his injurys. Im pretty sure some little mexican kids saw me put it there though so its probs dead now.

That last part was not meant as a racist comment. It doesnt matter their ethinicity I just meant that they were kids that probably harassed it until it died from preexisting injuries.
